Andy Crossman is a nonprofit advocate and community development leader with extensive experience in leadership roles. They served as an Adjunct Faculty at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2016 to 2020, teaching Behavioral Interventions. Currently, Andy holds the position of Executive Director at HAS Incorporated and Royal Journeys, LLC, roles they have maintained since 2020 and 2010, respectively. Andy earned a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Andy is also pursuing further education at the College of the Siskiyous.
