Docent Productontwikkeling at HAS University of Applied Sciences

Anouk van Stratum is an experienced professional in the fields of product development and food technology. Currently serving as a Docent Productontwikkeling at HAS green academy since September 2023, Anouk teaches product and concept development in the Food Innovation and Food Technology programs. Prior to this role, Anouk was a Product Developer at Plukon Food Group, focusing on the development of vegetarian and vegan products. Anouk has held various positions including Operational Manager and NPD Team Member at Lely, where responsibilities included overseeing processes related to the Mijn Melk platform, and completed a research and development internship at Creamy Creation. Anouk's academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research, complemented by significant research work that has been published in the British Journal of Nutrition.
