Hector Anukem

Hector Anukem has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Hector began their career at Dominium Building Society Limited as the Head of Marketing Department from November 1997 to February 1999. Hector then worked at Equity Bank of Nig as the Manager of Customer Service from 1999 to June 2004. After that, they joined Intercontinental Bank Plc as the Branch Manager, where they coordinated branch activities from June 2006 to January 2013. In 2012, Hector became the CEO of Rhema consults and solutions, and in 2013, they founded Rhema Educational consults, where they served as the Managing Director, focusing on finding innovative ways to develop future leaders and sourcing educational equipment for schools and educational centers. Their most recent role was as the Managing Director of Hedgeworth microfinance Bank Ltd, a position they held since June 2014. Overall, Hector has gained extensive experience in leadership, banking, marketing, and education sectors.

Hector Anukem obtained their HND banking and finance degree from the Institute of Management and Technology, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Hector later pursued a postgraduate diploma in banking and finance at Imo State University. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university, with a focus on banking, corporate finance, and securities law. Apart from their formal education, Hector Anukem also earned a certification as a certified microfinance practitioner (CIMP) from CibNavarra.
