Alia Atcha Almeida is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the children's licensing industry. Currently serving as the Head of Creative & Product Development for South East Asia, MENA, and India at Hasbro since April 2019, Alia has successfully expanded licensing initiatives across key regions while overseeing creative efforts for renowned brands such as My Little Pony, Transformers, and Peppa Pig. Previously, Alia owned Squiggly Designs, leveraging over 15 years of industry expertise to create customized designs and party experiences tailored to the Middle East market. Alia held key positions at notable companies, including Head of Licensing & Merchandise at Middle East Broadcasting Center, Brand Manager for Disney & Mattel at Deyarco Home Linens, and Product Development at The Walt Disney Company. Alia holds an MBA in International Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a BBA in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
