Charles Agbaje

Charles Agbaje is a creative producer currently working on Transformers Earthspark at Hasbro since January 2023. With extensive experience in the entertainment industry, Charles co-founded Central City Tower in February 2010, where responsibilities included managing the online presence and representing the company at trade shows. Previous roles encompass positions at Netflix as a coordinator for animated features, and a series of positions at Cartoon Network, including current series senior manager and creative director/show runner for The Steven Universe Podcast. Additional experience includes working as an executive assistant at MRC Studios and consulting on creative projects at Cindy Cowan Entertainment. Charles holds a Master’s in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Communications and Animate Arts from Northwestern University.
