Elina Stelman

Elina Stelman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Fulfillment Data & Analytics Manager at Hasbro since June 2022. Previously, Elina held various roles at Unilever from July 2016 to June 2022, including Vaseline Global Innovation Planning Supply Chain Assistant Manager, where the development and implementation of a standardized tool for innovation projects were key achievements. As a Senior Optimization Analyst, Elina co-led a significant project that identified a future ambient network strategy in North America, resulting in potential savings of approximately $6 million. Elina's earlier roles include logistics optimization and supply chain analysis with substantial contributions to savings and efficiency at Unilever, as well as experience in production coordination at Penguin Random House. Elina holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Indiana University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs with minors in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
