Florian Gamrat

Florian Gamrat is a seasoned construction and project management professional with a diverse background encompassing risk management and site engineering. Florian began an internship in risk management at Societe Generale Private Banking in 2006, followed by a significant tenure at Bouygues Construction as a Senior Site Engineer from 2010 to 2016, where site adherence and cost management were prioritized. Florian advanced to Artelia as a Construction Project Manager, leading efforts on the “Noisy-Champs” rail station project from 2016 to 2018. Further experience includes a role as a Senior Project Manager for the French Ministry of Justice, overseeing major projects and stakeholder collaboration. Following a period at Hermès as a Senior Design & Construction Manager, Florian currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities at Hasbro, while previously working as a Construction Manager at CDM Smith. Florian holds a Master of Research in Knowledge Integration in Mechanical Production from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and a Master of Science in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
