Joel Goh is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and demand planning, with a strong background spanning over a decade across various industries. Currently serving as Asia Pacific Planning Director at Hasbro since 2023, Joel previously held the position of APAC FLOW Supply Lead at Google, where responsibilities included the development of sustainable operational plans for data centers and the implementation of labor planning tools. Prior to that, Joel was the APAC Demand Planning Excellence & IBP Lead at Johnson & Johnson, leading sales and operations planning for a substantial consumer business. Experience also includes significant roles at Procter & Gamble, where Joel improved service levels and optimized supply chain operations, and earlier positions at Pfizer and Abbott.
