Kimberly Welt has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Executive Recruitment for Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast since August 2014. Prior roles at Hasbro include Talent Acquisition Lead for Global Supply Chain Operations & Sales, as well as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in various departments. Kimberly's earlier career includes positions such as Recruiter II at Lifespan, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Picerne Military Housing, Senior Recruiting Partner at Biogen Idec, Recruiter & HR Business Partner at Sophos Inc., and Recruiter at Philips Medical Systems. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Merrimack College.
