Melissa Kustell

Melissa Kustell currently serves as SVP of Global Brands at Hasbro, leading the global marketing strategy and product development for Marvel and Star Wars since 2017. Kustell has held various leadership positions at Hasbro, including Vice President of Global Brands for Marvel and Hasbro Gaming. Prior to Hasbro, Kustell spent over 15 years at Mattel, Inc., where roles included Vice President of Global Brand Marketing for Fisher-Price and Vice President of Sales for Walmart U.S. and Target teams. Earlier in the career, Kustell worked at Procter & Gamble in various management positions focused on brand development and customer business. Kustell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and has studied international business at the University of Copenhagen.
