Satty Matharu

Satty Matharu is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in supply chain management and project execution across several prominent companies, including Hasbro, Wella Company, and The Walt Disney Company. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Hasbro Direct in the EMEA, ASIA, and LATAM regions, Satty Matharu has held various roles focusing on e-commerce and supply chain efficiency, particularly within the Wizards of the Coast division. Prior experience includes project management for Amazon integration and inventory strategy at Wella Company, as well as managing the end-to-end supply chain for new product launches at The Walt Disney Company. Satty Matharu holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance from Thames Valley University and a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from the University of West London.
