Sharday Bailey

Sharday Bailey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hasbro since January 2022, Sharday previously worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at Farmers Insurance and held the position of HR Manager at Answer Financial, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, training, performance reviews, and compliance with legal guidelines. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist, where administration of HR plans and policies was a key focus, and as an HR Specialist at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, leading and mentoring over 2,000 employees. Sharday holds a BA in Sociology/Human Resources from California State University, Northridge, and an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
