Erin Gonzales

Erin Gonzales, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Health and Safety Council® since February 2017, where previous roles included Director and Manager of Human Resources, as well as Executive Assistant. Prior experience includes a position as Choir Director at Pasadena Independent School District from 2007 to 2010 and as a Licensed Representative at State Farm® from 2003 to 2007. Erin holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Oklahoma Christian University.
