Russell Klinegardner

Russell Klinegardner has been the Chief Operating Officer at Health and Safety Council since December 2016. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Vice President, HSE at The Brock Group from January 1997 to December 2016. Before that, they were with Dow from February 1995 to January 1997 where they held the title of Dow Environmental Inc., A subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company.
