Benjamin Bloch

Benjamin Bloch is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and leadership. Currently serving as Owner and President at both CAZCO Development and Bloch Construction, Benjamin also holds the position of Project Manager at Haselden Construction since 2021. Prior experience includes roles at HCA Healthcare as Construction Manager at Rose Medical Center, and various project management positions at Shaw Construction LLC and DPR Construction, overseeing significant projects such as the Banner Medical Center renovations and multiple apartment developments. Additionally, Benjamin founded Play Sharp Piano and worked as a Field Engineer and CM Recovery Engineer at Kiewit on the Denver VA Replacement Medical Center. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering & Construction Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
