Frank Bartholomew

Frank Bartholomew is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in quality control and management. Currently serving as a Quality Control Manager at Haselden Construction since March 2017 and as a member of the Construction Quality Executives Council since October 2021, Bartholomew plays a crucial role in promoting industry standards. Prior experience includes positions as Central Region Manager and Construction Consultant at La Jolla Pacific, Ltd., where Bartholomew managed consultant teams and provided expertise in residential construction and quality assurance. Additional roles include Director of Field Operations for Central & Eastern U.S., Field Operations Supervisor at Structural Solutions, and Construction Superintendent at Continental Homes/D.R. Horton, where Bartholomew oversaw large-scale residential projects. Bartholomew holds a degree in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach.
