Matt Hammer

Matt Hammer is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and preconstruction management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator at Haselden Construction since October 2015, Matt has successfully managed the Preconstruction Department of a $400M annual revenue construction firm, including leading significant software conversion initiatives. Previously, as Chief Estimator at Manhattan Construction Company from September 2005 to October 2015, Matt oversaw a team of estimators and specialized in the management of complex, high-profile projects such as the Kyle Field Stadium Redevelopment. Matt's career also includes roles as Lead Estimator at David Weekley Homes, where pricing was provided for over a hundred custom homes, and earlier positions in home building and drafting. Matt holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
