Troy Schroeder is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Haselden Construction since October 2002, Troy has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s operational capabilities, contributing to significant revenue growth from $140M to $440M in ARR. Previous positions include Controller at Rocky Mountain Drywall Inc. and Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co., where Troy managed complex audit engagements and implemented operational efficiencies. Additionally, as Board President and a founding Board Member of Aspen View Academy, Troy was instrumental in establishing a new charter school catering to over 950 students. Troy holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Denver.
