Roland Weede

Roland Weede is an experienced attorney specializing in trademarks and litigation, currently serving as Attorney At Law for HLK since October 2024. Previously, Roland held the position of Department Head of Legal Services for Trademarks at Dennemeyer from July 2017 to August 2024, and served as a Rechtsanwalt für Marken- und Wettbewerbsrecht at Patentanwälte Henkel, Breuer & Partner between February 2014 and June 2017. Roland co-founded TMSJ Rechtsanwälte and worked as a Rechtsanwalt, focusing on intellectual property law and contract drafting for medium-sized companies from February 2008 to February 2014. Additional experience includes providing legal counsel at Trademark Service Japan, handling Japanese company law and intellectual property at Sonderhoff & Einsel Law and Patent Office, and developing skills in various legal roles since 2002.
