Vinod Kumar

Vinod Kumar's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Vinod is currently the Director - Growth and Governance at Hash Connect Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd., where they specialize in data-driven marketing strategies and technology. Vinod is also responsible for implementing new technologies like Blockchain, AI/ML, and Metaverse.

Prior to this, Vinod co-founded Chi Sports Private Limited in 2020 and served as the Co-Founder - Growth & Community Lead. Vinod helped create a sports social commerce startup called Achivr, which aimed to connect sports enthusiasts and athletes through a dynamic platform.

In 2022, Vinod worked as the P1 Project Lead for forPAWS at Mars. Before that, they held various roles at Lenovo from 2015 to 2020, including India Lead - Digital Marketing, Gaming Marketing, and E-commerce Marketing. Vinod also worked as a Manager - Digital and Tablet Marketing during their time at Lenovo.

From 2008 to 2015, Vinod served as the Assistant General Manager at Hungama Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. - A WPP Group Company. Vinod was responsible for handling and strategizing key business relations in South and East India.

Prior to that, Vinod worked at DDB Mudra Pvt Ltd from 2005 to 2008. Vinod started as a program manager handling the south market for the Moto Agent Program of Motorola. Vinod then moved on to head the operations and special initiatives of Kidstuff, the experiential marketing division. Vinod was responsible for big-ticket engagements and exploring emerging mediums like digital and social media.

Vinod's career began at Showhouse in 2004, where they worked as a Manager - Operations.

Vinod Kumar completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Academic Law from Bangalore University in 2004. Before that, they attended St. Joseph's College of Arts & Science where they earned their P.U.C in Science between 1998 and 2000. Later, they pursued an M.B.A. in Marketing from B.M.S. College of Engineering, graduating in 2007.
