Sara K. Hale

Sara K. Hale is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in leading global marketing teams across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Hashgraph since May 2024, Sara manages a 20+ member centralized marketing team responsible for the Hedera and Hashgraph brands. Previously, at R3 from February 2018 to February 2024, Sara expanded the marketing team from 3 to 14 members while overseeing a comprehensive marketing strategy that included corporate positioning and product go-to-market initiatives. Earlier roles include Group Leader of Corporate Marketing at Finastra, Director of Global Head of Marketing at Fitch Solutions, and Director of Marketing & Communications at Fitch Ratings. Sara's career began as Regional Marketing Manager at Algorithmics and Director of Marketing & Communications at Bureau van Dijk. Education includes a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Tulane University.
