Bruce Lok

Bruce Lok is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Backline Support Engineer at HashiCorp since May 2022, where technical support is provided to enterprise customers utilizing Terraform Enterprise on Kubernetes and Nomad. In addition, Bruce has been a Foundation Member of the OpenInfra Foundation since January 2021 and previously held various roles, including Consulting Engineer at Cisco and Senior DevOps Engineer at NAB and China CITIC Bank International Limited. Bruce's career began with positions in IT infrastructure, culminating in a multifaceted background that includes extensive experience in DevOps and technical support across multiple organizations, supported by a solid educational foundation in multimedia, networks, and computing from Swinburne University of Technology, alongside additional qualifications in business administration and Cisco networking.
