Cory Long

Cory Long is a seasoned professional in sales and revenue operations with extensive experience across several high-growth technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at HashiCorp since December 2024, Cory previously held the position of Director of Revenue Operations at Starburst from September 2022 to August 2024 and was the Director of RevOps at Upsolver for a brief period in 2022. Cory's notable tenure at Databricks spanned from March 2016 to May 2022, during which Cory was the first sales operations hire and played a crucial role in scaling the company from $3 million to $800 million in recurring revenue, while also expanding the sales team from 18 to over 600 members. Cory's earlier positions included roles in sales operations and strategic planning at companies such as RPX Corporation, HP Enterprise Security, and TNG Pharmaceuticals, where Cory co-founded an initiative focused on a patented bovine vaccine. Cory holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville and a BSBA in Finance from Auburn University.
