Holly McCarthy is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital development and creative direction. Currently serving as the Head of Global Marketing Technology and Digital Development at HashiCorp since 2020, Holly previously held the position of Head of Online Marketing at Primark from 2019 to 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Creative Director at Accenture, focusing on 3D design, interactive design, brand design, and leadership development, and as Creative Director at Grey Group, where contributions helped the agency achieve significant recognition at the Cannes Lions. Early career experience includes graphic design roles at CR&A Custom, Inc. and self-employment. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Applied Arts from UCLA and graduated from Whittier Christian High School.
