Lisa Strube-Kilgore

Lisa Strube-Kilgore is an experienced instructional designer currently serving as the Sales Enablement Manager at HashiCorp since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions at 6sense and Apptio, contributing significantly to the development of engaging learning content and driving product adoption. With a background as a Transaction Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at NAI Puget Sound Properties, and a previous role as Operations Coordinator at Merrill Gardens at First Hill, Lisa has a diverse skill set in training, content development, and project management. Lisa holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and English Language and Literature from the University of Washington, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Seattle Central College.
