Siddharth Jain

Siddharth Jain currently serves as Sr. Director of Strategy Planning Analytics and Field Operations at HashiCorp, leading a team focused on go-to-market revenue operations since January 2023. Additionally, Siddharth holds an executive position at the International LEAP Network, contributing to a private network for global executive leaders. Previously, Siddharth spent over five years at Dell Technologies, most recently as Sr. Director of Finance for the North America Client Business Unit, overseeing financial strategies and operations for a $25B+ revenue business. Prior experience includes roles at AMD, where Siddharth managed projects in product introduction, business transformation, and corporate planning. Siddharth holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
