Immediately after graduating from Hitotsubashi University, he participated in the launch of the Small cap PE fund with angel investor Tetsufumi Takimoto, and was involved in management improvement with sales of 3 billion yen from support for startup launch. Since 2006, he has been engaged in many M & A deals in the Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Division M & A Advisory Team. Joined Bain Capital Japan in 2012 and has been involved in many projects from project development / investment execution / post-investment value increase / Exit / IPO. Opened independently in 2021, utilizing his experience on the capital market side, he will be involved in support related to corporate value improvement such as IPO process and IR marketing of start-up companies, while being close to the position of shareholders and issuers. In 2021, he has a track record of supporting the listing of two companies, and is still actively involved in the startup industry as an advisor to multiple startup companies.
