Neal Hill

Neal Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Neal started their career at BFS Home Warranty as a Contract Manager and later transitioned into an IT Support role, where they significantly improved branch efficiency and doubled sales by implementing a locally hosted Ruby on Rails CRM. Neal then moved on to freelance work, specializing in Ruby on Rails development and assisting clients in launching web applications and WordPress sites. At KNWebWork, they served as a Lead Developer and Ruby On Rails Developer, contributing to the efficiency of client operations by developing Ruby on Rails web applications and APIs, PHP web applications, and WordPress sites. Currently, Neal is employed at HashRabbit, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer, utilizing their expertise in software development to drive the company's success.

Neal Hill attended Advanced Technologies Academy from 2004 to 2007, where they studied System Technology Support/Computer Graphic Design. In 2008 and 2009, they enrolled at ITT Technical Institute-Henderson, pursuing a degree in IT/Computer Science. In 2015, they completed the JQuery Essentials Course at Lynda.com and obtained a C1 Contractors License from Nevada Contractors Center. Neal also took various online courses at Lynda.com, including Object Oriented PHP in 2014, Learn Ruby in 2013, and Learn ReactJS in 2016. Apart from formal education, they participated in the Ruby on Rails Hackathon organized by Rails Hackathon Las Vegas and attended conferences such as RailsConf, focusing on ReactJS on Rails and Ruby on Rails and AWS. Furthermore, they participated in a Hackathon at Startup Weekend Las Vegas, demonstrating their active involvement in the field of technology and software development.
