Matthew Polito

Matthew Polito has a diverse work experience in software development and management roles. Matthew started their career in 2001 as a Lead Technician at US Cellular, where they managed a team and resolved technical issues for customers. From 2003 to 2004, they worked at Custom Systems Inc as an Internet & Database Programmer, developing and maintaining luxury goods e-commerce websites. In 2005, they focused on Search Engine Optimization at Advanced Access and then at HouseSeeker4u.com, where they also worked on web development projects. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Follett Software Company as a Data Specialist, and as an Implementation Specialist where they contributed to the development of new standards and practices. Matthew then worked at Tukaiz as a Software Developer from 2008 to 2009 and at Obtiva as a Contractor - Software Developer from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they briefly worked at Groupon as a Software Developer before joining Hashrocket as a Senior Software Developer, where they have been working since October 2011. Throughout their career, Matthew has gained expertise in various programming languages and tools such as HTML, CSS, C#.NET, SQL database, Visual Studio, and more.

Matthew Polito attended Lemont High School from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a High School degree with a focus on General studies. Matthew then enrolled at Joliet Junior College from 1997 to 1998, majoring in Electrical Engineering. In 2007, they briefly attended Elgin Community College, pursuing studies in Computer Information Systems.
