Michela Di Francesco

Michela Di Francesco has a diverse work experience in various roles related to operations, management, and styling. Michela started their career at PrimoPiano TV as a Celebrity Stylist Assistant, where they assisted with photo shootings, fashion shows, and editorials. Michela then joined Vivienne Westwood, initially as a Stock Allocator and later as a Buying Assistant and Buyer, where they were responsible for product mix selection, sales analysis, and budgeting. Michela also worked on configuring the BI system and implementing analytical models. After that, they joined Buying Show GmbH as an Engagement Manager, where they focused on product training, marketing strategies development, and concept creation. Michela then moved to Hyconic as the Head of Operations, where they supported marketers with the creation and distribution of marketing assets. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Hashtag You, where they oversee the operations team and manages the overall operations of the company.

Michela Di Francesco's education history begins with their high school education at Liceo Classico Statale Sperimentale Bertrand Russell from 2003 to 2008, where they studied Foreign Languages & Science.

Michela then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Studies with a specialization in Business and Management at Sapienza Università di Roma from 2009 to 2012.

In 2013, Michela attended the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London for a Fashion Buying and Merchandising Intensive Course, focusing on Merchandising and Buying Operations.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Michela has obtained several certifications. In 2006, they earned the Full European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) from the ECDL Foundation. In 2007, they obtained a Certificate of German Language at the Intermediate Level (CEFR B1) from the Goethe-Institut e.V. Furthermore, in 2011, they acquired the IELTS (Academic) Certificate of English Language at Advanced Level (CEFR C1) from the British Council.
