Simultaneously, Joyce holds the position of Manager of Sales at Hashting, a martech company enhancing consumer journey management, and Manager of Marketing & Sales at SCOPTIS BV, which revolutionizes supply chain management. As the Founder and CEO of J-Dutch, Joyce has supported multiple companies in sales, marketing, and recruitment since January 2013. Previous roles include positions at EcoScan, e-llis Supply Chain Solutions, Vaimo, and Sjoprz, with early career experience at Monsterboard.nl and Monster in international sales. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and completed secondary education at Koninklijk technisch atheneum.
