Arjun started their career in 2014 as a Junior Piping Engineer at OES Offshore Engineering Services Private Limited, where they gained experience in managing piping engineering activities and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget. Arjun then advanced to the role of Piping Engineer, where they successfully managed the design, construction, and commissioning of piping systems for both onshore and offshore projects.
In 2018, Arjun joined Hassan Abul Co. as a Production Engineer, utilizing their strong track record in managing the production process from conception to delivery. Arjun demonstrated expertise in analyzing work orders, managing resources, and maintaining high standards for safety and compliance. Arjun was later promoted to the position of Head of Production, where they oversaw the entire manufacturing process, led a team to streamline operations, minimize waste, and optimize production output. Throughout their career, Arjun has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Arjun Sudhakaran pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mahendra Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2010 to 2014.
