Sherouk Sakr has extensive experience in customer relationship management, currently serving as the Customer Relationship Management Section Head at Hassan Allam Properties since February 2018, where responsibilities have included developing testing strategies and collaborating across departments to enhance the CRM strategy. Previous roles at Hassan Allam Properties also encompassed positions as Customer Relationship Management Supervisor, Senior Customer Relationship Management Executive, and Customer Relationship Management Executive. Prior to this, Sherouk worked as an Administrative Assistant at Oracle and XERVON Egypt S.A.E., handling facilities queries and organizing catering and audiovisual provisions. Sherouk Sakr holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University, awarded in 2015.
