Dr. Ali M. R. Elminissi

Dr. Ali M.R. ElMinissi has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. Dr. Ali M. R. started their career in 1995 as an IT Network Engineer at AQS, where they were responsible for NetWare installation, configuration, and administration. In 2000, they became an IT Senior Network Engineer at IIS, overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco routers, access servers, and PIX Firewalls. In 2001, they joined PTNET as an IT Senior Infrastructure Engineer, handling WAN/LAN administration and IP Schema design.

Dr. ElMinissi joined Lafarge Egypt in 2002 as the Country IT Shared Services Manager, where they managed IT operations and services for various business units, including ERP systems and HP servers. In 2014, they served as the Group Chief Information Officer at Energy Care Company, focusing on IT strategic planning and driving applications for smart meters. Dr. Ali M. R. also worked as the Head of IT Consultants at NKY Architects and Engineers, overseeing IT consultation for KSA projects and ensuring the progress of IT projects.

Since 2017, Dr. ElMinissi has been working as the Group IT Director - Technical Operations at Hassan Allam Holding, managing IT operations for various subsidiaries and business units. Dr. Ali M. R.'sresponsibilities include overseeing business applications, infrastructure, and implementation of infrastructure services.
