Lola Akinmade

Lola Akinmade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, photography, and travel consulting. Currently serving as a Communications Advisor at Tala Thrive and a member of Insightful Strategies, Lola also holds the title of 2022 Hasselblad Heroine and is a freelance writer and photographer for Geotraveler Media Sweden. Clients include prominent publications such as National Geographic Traveler and The New York Times. Lola is the co-founder of Local Purse and NordicTB, focusing on travel and digital content creation. Further, contributions have been made as a board member for Black Women in Europe™ Social Media Group and a former communications strategist at Electrolux.
