Elise Grubits

Elise Grubits is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People & Organization at the Hasso Plattner Foundation since October 2016. Elise has held various roles within the foundation, including Head of People & Culture and Senior Manager of Human Resources. Prior to this, Elise worked at Technische Universität Berlin from August 2014 to September 2016 as Executive Board Assistant for two mathematics research centers and as Congress Coordinator for the 7th European Congress of Mathematics. Elise's earlier experience includes serving as Accreditation Officer and Advisor to the VP Academia at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from March 2011 to April 2014. Elise holds a Global Executive MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and earned a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, specializing in Integrated Natural Resource Management and Horticultural Science, respectively.
