Xavier Badiella

Xavier Badiella has a strong background in finance and financial management. Xavier is currently the Head of Finance at Hastee since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at MAM Originals® from 2020 to 2023. Xavier also has experience as a Financial Co-Manager at Arrom Barcelona where they provided restructuring measures and supported ERP implementation. Xavier was the Financial Manager at MOVETIA from 2016 to 2018, responsible for implementing controlling systems and managing budgets. Xavier also held roles at Magserveis, Varallo Comercial, and Sara Lee Southern Europe, SL where they gained experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis. Overall, Xavier has a diverse range of experiences in finance and has demonstrated skills in financial strategy, control, and analysis.

Xavier Badiella completed their Masters degree in Executive MBA - Digital Leaders from La Salle BCN in the years 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they graduated from Universitat de Barcelona with a degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences. Their undergraduate degree in Business Administration was also obtained from Universitat de Barcelona, from 2002 to 2008.
