Amir Hashemi

Amir Hashemi has extensive work experience in finance and investment. Amir is currently the Head of Finance at Hasti Innovative Trading (HIT) since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Investment Committee and a Board Member at 1st Arman Ati Venture Capital Trust starting February 2021. Amir also served as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Kourosh Asset Management from June 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they worked as an Expert in Research and Technology Funds Workgroup at the Innovation and Prosperity Fund from July 2017 to June 2020. Amir also held positions as an Expert in Investment & Business Development at Holding Company For Iranian Offshore Engineering & Construction (HIOEC) from May 2016 to July 2017 and as a Financing & Investments Expert in oil and gas projects at Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company (IOEC) from February 2016 to May 2016. Additionally, they have experience as a University Lecturer at Imam Reza International University, Toos Institute of Higher Education, and University of Torbat-e-Heydarieh from 2014 to 2016. At Toos Amoot Company, they worked as an Expert of financial and economic evaluations from April 2014 to February 2016. Overall, Amir Hashemi has a diverse background in finance, investment, and research.

Amir Hashemi obtained a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Tehran from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their education, Amir Hashemi also holds certifications in EFQM from the "TUV REINLAND" Institute, German, obtained in 2008, and an Excel Advance Course from the "Mojtame Fanni Dibagaran Tehran" Institute of Tehran, Iran, also obtained in 2008.
