Karen Alexander has an extensive background in sales, business development, and customer experience. Starting their career at Freedom Fuels as a Sales and Business Development Manager, Karen later moved on to Shell as the East Coast Mining Sales Manager and Strategic Business Development Manager for the Rio Tinto Project. Currently, Karen holds the position of Customer Experience Champion and Coach at Hastings Deering, where Karen also serves as the Executive Manager for Customer Experience and Manager for Strategic Alliances. Karen graduated from QUT with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
