Wesley Reibel

Wesley Reibel currently serves as the Executive Manager of Technology and Automation Solutions at Hastings Deering, overseeing the Technology Delivery Department, which includes Technology Service, Deployment, and Business Development Functions, aimed at maximizing value from advanced technology solutions for heavy mining equipment operators. With a background in fleet reliability management and operational leadership, Wesley has extensive experience in asset management from previous roles at Rio Tinto as Field Maintenance Superintendent, Terex as Area Manager, and BHP Billiton as Planner/Superintendent. Wesley is enhancing expertise through participation in the QUTeX & SDIA Enterprise Executive Program at Queensland University of Technology and has a Diploma of Business Management from Qld Tafe, alongside technical training from the Royal Australian Navy Trade School.
