Charlotte Rowley

Charlotte Rowley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Charlotte currently works at Hastings Direct as a Senior Engineering Lead, where they are responsible for leading the Automation Team in driving cloud transformation and data centre migration. Prior to this, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as an Engineering Lead from 2017 to 2021. Charlotte also worked as an Office Assistant at acs recruitment solutions in 2017. Charlotte has experience as a Student Ambassador at Coventry University from 2014 to 2017, and as an Infrastructure Integration Assistant at IBM from 2015 to 2016. Charlotte started their career as an Accounts Administrator at DACHSER GmbH & Co. KG from 2013 to 2014.
