Joerg Udelhofen

Joerg Udelhofen has extensive work experience in various roles across multiple companies. Joerg is currently working at Hastings Direct as the Director of Technology Engineering since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Technology Release, Test and Quality Assurance at the same company from June 2020 to October 2023.

Before joining Hastings Direct, Joerg worked at London Stock Exchange as the Portfolio Manager Capital Markets and Post Trade Italy from June 2018 to May 2020.

Joerg also has a significant tenure at UBS, where they held multiple positions including Programme Manager Strategic Replatforming from January 2017 to May 2018, Programme Manager Derivatives Regulatory Reform Clearing, Director from February 2013 to December 2016, Global Head OTC Derivatives Change, Operations from July 2011 to February 2013, OTC Confirmations Change Lead from February 2009 to July 2011, and Business Analyst OTC Change from July 2007 to February 2009.

Earlier in their career, Joerg worked at RBS as the Manager of IRD Exception Management Team from July 2006 to July 2007, and Manager of IRD Drafting Team from February 2006 to July 2006. Joerg also worked at WestLB as the Head of Outgoing OTC Confirmations Team from May 2004 to February 2006, and at Deutsche Bank as the CLS Settlement Clerk from July 2002 to May 2004.

Joerg's earlier experiences include working at Fidelity Investments as a Customer Service Administrator in the Dealing and Exists Department from October 2000 to July 2002, at Swiss Training as the General Manager from February 1998 to June 2000, and at Der Hörraum as a Manager from April 1996 to February 1998.

Joerg Udelhofen obtained an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1989 to 1996. Joerg also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in June 2019.
