Dean Ferguson

Dean Ferguson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and risk assurance. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Projects in Planning and Delivery at Hastings District Council since April 2018, Dean has also held roles as Project Manager and Risk Assurance Advisor within the same organization. Prior to this, Dean was the Risk Manager at HSM GROUP LIMITED and served as the Financial Crime Manager at Vitality UK from 2009 to 2016. Earlier in the career, Dean held the position of Professional Standards Manager at NSL Services Group Ltd from 2005 to 2009 and began as a Police Constable with the New Zealand Police from 1999 to 2004.
