Jay Kedia

Jay Kedia has been in the corporate world for over two decades. Jay has held a variety of roles in various companies. Theirprofessional journey began in 1996 when they joined Cummins Inc. as an OEM Account Manager and Product Manager for Fuel Systems, Air Handling, and Electronic Control Modules. In 2002, they moved to Johnson Controls as the Director of Global Product Sales and Marketing for Power Solutions. During their tenure, they integrated acquisitions and provided global marketing and sales leadership for premium branded products. In 2007, they joined Innovative Building Systems as the Executive Vice President. After that, they worked at Tenneco as the Executive Director of Global Products from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Sales/Marketing/Product/Strategy at Hastings Manufacturing.

Jay Kedia obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Memphis between 1996 and 1998, with a focus on Marketing/Management. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville between 1989 and 1994, with a focus on Biology and Business Administration.
