Howard L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and metallurgy. Currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at Hastings Technology Metals Ltd since December 2016, responsibilities include designing and managing test work for hydrometallurgy process development for the Yangibana project, along with SysCAD modeling for process Mass and Energy Balance. Previously, Howard worked as a Senior Metallurgist at Energy Resources of Australia Ltd, providing technical support to plant operations. While at Lynas Corporation Ltd, significant roles included optimizing metallurgical processes and managing various projects in both cracking and separation as well as research and technology. Howard’s early career involved operational and technical roles at Fluid Connectors Ltd and process engineering at the General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals. Howard holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Science and Engineering from Central South University.
