Since December 2004, Dave has served as a Regional Sales Representative at Hastings Air Energy Control, Inc., where responsibilities include business development, engineering, product selection, industrial ventilation system solutions, and project management in Southeast Michigan. Prior to this, from 1990 to 2004, Dave owned and managed a family-run local industrial distributor, overseeing day-to-day operations. Dave holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Marketing, Economics, and Finance from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, completed in 1986.
