Kalaivani then joined Maveric Systems Limited, where they held positions as a Senior Test Engineer, Associate Test Lead, and Test Lead between 2007 and 2012. In 2012, they joined Hastraa Consulting Services Pte Ltd and served as a Test Manager until 2015. Kalaivani then transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of Quality Assurance until 2019. Most recently, they became the Global Head of Presales at Hastraa Consulting Services Pte Ltd in 2020, where they currently work.
