Brandon Martin

Brandon Martin has a diverse professional background in the technology industry. Brandon started their career in 2006 as a partner at Zyph | Martin Design Studios, LLC, where they built, managed, and maintained various sites, software, and services using PHP, Ruby on Rails, Django, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Backbone. Brandon also worked in graphic, print, and web design during this time.

In 2012, Brandon took on the role of Director of Technology at Go GungHo, Inc, where they created a unique product and assembled a world-class team. Brandon then transitioned to Arc9 in 2013 as a Software Development Engineer, helping to build the platform using Ruby on Rails, BackboneJS, and MongoDB. Brandon redesigned the API and front end using EmberJS and managed cloud services on Amazon.

In 2014, Brandon joined Modify Ink as a Senior Software Engineer, collaborating with a team on designing, managing, developing, and deploying products. Brandon utilized TypeScript/JavaScript with NodeJS, AngularJS, and RethinkDB and maintained cloud services on Digital Ocean.

Brandon's career continued to progress, and in 2015, they became the Director of Engineering at Lumi, a company that specializes in sustainable packaging for e-commerce brands. Brandon oversaw engineering operations and played a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of their online platform.

Currently, Brandon serves as the Senior Engineering Manager at Hasura and was recently promoted to the position of Director of Engineering in 2023.

From 2010 to 2013, Brandon Martin studied at Regis University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
