Tanmai Gopal

Tanmai Gopal is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in the AI and data access sectors. Currently serving as CEO and co-founder of PromptQL since October 2024, Gopal is focused on developing AI platforms that provide reliable natural language analysis and automation. Gopal is also the CEO and co-founder of Hasura, where efforts are directed towards facilitating effortless data access through an open-source GraphQL Engine. Previous roles include serving as an instructor and founding member of the MOOC Introduction to Modern Application Development at IMAD, contributing to the establishment of Tech Saloon, and co-founding 34 Cross, a product development company. Gopal holds an Integrated Dual Degree (MTech, BTech) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, obtained in 2012.
