Larissa Moura

Larissa Moura (Repp) currently serves as the Risk & Compliance Manager at Hatch Bank, focusing on ensuring adherence to laws and regulations to minimize legal exposure. Previously, Larissa held senior roles at MVB Bank as the Enterprise Risk Management Senior Administrator, managing a comprehensive policy and governance program, and at Silvergate Bank as the AML Program & Oversight Manager, where oversight of the BSA/AML program was developed.
